Dear Poseidon. Please make this a boat, then a submarine, and then an artificial reef.

That car has a pretty low clearance, what did they think was going to happen?

Having finally go close to one IRL, they’re taller than they appear from afar, good bit more than my 2004 F150. I was surprised.

Most of the ones I’ve seen have been tailgating me on the Beltway (simultaneously blinding me with their headlights), then very grumpily conceding that the cars in front of me were going the same speed before cutting someone else off in order to get a quarter car-length ahead. I will freely admit that I wasn’t necessarily paying enough attention to their wheel clearance at the time.

Somehow they’re different and even weirder looking up close. Had thought I was OK with the style until I loaded mulch in one.

Only 15 bags and the man had to make three trips to Lowe’s to get all his shit. I can pack that in my little convertible and pack far more into any given SUV. Every. Day.

To be fair there aren’t many reasons to use higher settings on paved roads. And the one in the picture looks like it’s set to the correct (off-road) height, doubt it’s gonna help tho

Anyone who drives on a beach should lose their vehicle. Either by nature or by law enforcement.

There are plenty of beaches where it’s perfectly fine to drive off road. But it typically requires a permit, proper equipment, knowledge of how to properly deflate your tires, etc.

If moisture is potentially damaging, what is salt spray going to do?

Assuming they get out before the tide, of course.
