In December work officially began on a multi-billion-dollar railway through Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan that will link China more closely with Europe, bypassing Russia.

I guess Putler discovers soon badly neglected Russian Minorities in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan which he wants to get home into his Reich

That’s true however China is slightly more democratic and doesn’t wage war on their neighbors.

Europe should definitely retool for more manufacturing on the continent to become more self sufficient.

I have to disagree. Although it is true there is no hot war at the moment, China has been increasingly aggressive toward Taiwan and practically all its neighbours (India, Buthan, Nepal, …) as you probably know. But, yes, I fully agree Europe and all others should become more self-sufficient.

That’s interesting! Seems as the “friendship” between Putin and Xi is not as deep as I thought.

The West has friends based on values. China doesn’t have friends. They are opportunists and care about one thing: growth.

Come on man that’s such a naive bs take. Outright propaganda I would say.

Gotta agree with this one :) but hey, when there’s an opportunity to handle based on values, we sure take it.

The biggest letdown has been Israel.

Now that ties with USA have weakened, we can take a stronger stance.

By the way. China’s issue with Europe is that we aren’t suppressed by our governments. We can trash talk the CCP like no other.

There is zero friendship. Russia maintains a significant military presence in the far east. Meanwhile the border against NATO is completely undefended, everyone is in Ukraine. The kremlin gremlin knows NATO will never attack - but he’s not sure about China.
