Sure, but you’re not a despotic fascist wannebe dictator who is going to loot the country while running it into the ground then run off with the wealth he has accumulated.
I worry that running off to Russia is a very dangerous thing to do. He’s more vulnerable then and he’s of no more value. It would not be a good idea I think.
