So she might have been barred out, but it’s okay because a doctor prescribed it? I’m not sure how the US works, but in Sweden, if my doctor prescribes me Xanax and it makes me so impaired that I’m for example “crossing over the lanes several times”, I shouldn’t be behind the wheel – and I should be glad I was stopped before accidentally killing someone.
I agree with the rest of the article though. It’s messed up how arrests are public information before any trial in so many US states.
Plus the morale kick. “Oh yeah, we fired you a couple weeks ago without making too much of a fuss… but yeah, now get back to work!”
