If you think the takeaway was praising China and not warning about what it will do if the US keeps fucking up, that’s your own problem.

Mozilla needs to understand that I don’t want it to have my data to sell or not in the first place.
“According to the article it was Microsoft and not Microsoft.”
Do you see now how silly you sound?
He’s not spending his money; he’s stealing ours.
The reason why Chromium uses LGPL is because they forked the code from Safari, which had previously forked the code from KHTML (KDE’s web rendering component, used in Konqueror). The LGPL was provably insufficient to prevent corporate usurpation of the project, as a historical fact.
As for the “A” part of AGPL not being relevant for locally-run software, (1) it doesn’t hurt either, and (2) having maximal protections could prevent weird corporate shenanigans that we haven’t thought of yet.
Imagine being so pathetic and helpless as to actually think that, LOL! What happened to that famed right-wing “rugged individualism?”
They align on their values but DeSantis considers himself Trump’s rival for the presidency.
My guess is that it’s some kind of political turf war between him and Trump. DeSantis wants to be President, after all.
Full disclosure: I’m an American whose impression of Canada comes mostly from Canadian urbanist youtubers, specifically “Oh the Urbanity” and “Not Just Bikes.”
From that, I get the impression that Montreal is indeed way better than other Canadian cities – but that it’s basically the only one that is (give or take other cities in Quebec, maybe?). Like, the French-Canadian attitude towards zoning and city design is an outlier compared to the rest of Canada (and the anglosphere in general, possibly because mid-century American city planners with bad car-centric ideas had less influence).
IIRC, even considering those losses, biking is still one of the most efficient forms of land transport. What I found interesting was a study that found that e-bikes were even more efficient than regular ones.
WWII Germany collapsed because it was defeated by a superior military. That seems unlikely in this case, unless the US military sides against the MAGAs.
Between the “SAVE Act” which threatens to disenfranchise married women and the possibility that there won’t be a flu vaccine in the US next year, I just told my mom to get herself a passport. My wife (and me and the kids) will be getting ours for those reasons plus just flat-out wanting to leave.
Also we don’t need 45 storey condo buildings either. 4-6 storeys can be plenty to increase density in some surrounding neighborhoods.
The 45 story condo towers exist mostly because those surrounding neighborhoods are zoned single-family. If density weren’t literally illegal everywhere outside the downtown cores, there wouldn’t be so much pent-up demand to make those high-rises necessary in every minuscule scrap of land where the density is legal.

Ew. It ought to be AGPLv3.
(I almost just said “copyleft,” but as Chromium proves, even LGPL is insufficient protection from corporate usurpation.)
Wait. Wait, wait, wait – are you saying he actually named two of his kids literally the word “unnamed” (as opposed to the names not being publicly known)? 'Cause that’s both fucked-up and disturbingly plausible.
Trump is a fascist true-believer and a fanboi of Putin, with ties to Russia going back decades. To imply that he needs to be coerced and isn’t betraying America completely of his own free will is to give him too much credit. Trump is doing exactly the evil shit he genuinely wants to do – no more, no less.
Besides, he’s a raging narcissist who is basically incapable of feeling shame. If coercion were involved, it would require something with consequences beyond embarrassment, like “CP tapes,” not just “PP tapes.”
Not German (except by ancestry), but my advice is that you might want weights or airlock lids for the jars.
(Not sure what the pros/cons are of the two different styles of keeping the cabbage submerged.)
Otherwise, a Ziploc bag full of water can do the same task in a cheaper/jankier way.
Once it’s finished becoming sauerkraut, you store it by putting a regular airtight lid on it and putting it in the fridge. I suppose it could also be canned to make it shelf-stable long-term, but you’re going to want to look up reputable advice for that.
As far as what to add beyond salt and cabbage, since you have a bunch of jars I suggest experimenting with a bunch of different things.
Putin is finally negotiating because he’s managed to install a stooge in the US that will gift him all the favorable terms he could ever want, Ukraine be damned.
Maybe, if Europe is lucky. The other very real possibility is that the US has switched sides.
