in fairness, Germany’s right-wing CSU/CDU could just as easily form a coalition with AFD. It is unique that they’re still willing to stand by their principles and work to cut AFD out of the government, going as far as threatening a ban. The American Republican Party jumped into bed with the fascist Tea Party immediately, without hesitation, and rode the Trump train.
I still don’t expect the new centrist coalition to materially address the underlying economic concerns that are driving AFD support, and it seems likely that they’ll be too big to ignore by the next election. A future centrist L, if you were.
Absolute apeshit pandemonium. Countries don’t typically become nuclear powers overnight, global powers would get freaked out trying to figure out where they got the fissile material from. Russia might just assume Europe and attempt to glass the continent, though one would hope the Ukrainians would pre-emptively strike and disable parts of Russia’s nuclear arsenal with the opening salvo.

I’m just gonna put this anecdote out there:
When I first started dating my ex, I wanted him to play through some Dark Souls to see if he had any determination. He failed completely and whined a lot, but I kept dating him anyway. Nearly 5 years later, I ended up leaving him, and a big part of it was his defeatist outlook and complete lack of willpower.
I’m not saying being bad at Dark Souls is a red flag, but I think girlie would be justified in getting out now.
