For the dopamine thing, while crappy mobile games do have an impact, its not as severe as porn.

Something I find interesting about “dead” communities is most of the time posts will still get attention.

While both are addictive, porn is far more addictive, and it give short term dopamine spikes, which makes everything else seem less interesting or enjoyable, again, this is only regular watching.

I don’t think it will do any of those things, but overconsuming porn can have more damaging effects than just plain social media.
