Unknown Reporter: THANK YOU, MR. PRESIDENT. HOW MUCH MONEY IS THE U.S. GOING TO PUT INTO THE FUND CREATED TODAY AND HOW DOES THIS PROVIDE LONG-TERM SECURITY FOR UKRAINE?
Trump: We do not know exactly how much because, we’re going to be putting some money into a fund, that we will be getting from the raw earth. We’re going to be taking and sharing, in terms of revenue, so it’s going to be a lot of money that will be made from the sale and the use of raw earth.
And as you know, our country does not have much raw earth. We have a lot of oil and gas but we do not have a lot of raw earth. And what we do have is protected by the environmentalists, but that can be unprotected.
They have among the best in the world in terms of raw earth. So, using it, taking it, using it for all of the things we do; Including AI, including weapons, and the military. It’s really going to satisfy our needs. It’s something that just worked out really well.
We have a lot of oil and a lot of gas, but we do not have raw earth. So this has just about every component of the raw earth that we need, for computers, for all of the things we do. It puts us in great shape.

Trump: I think once we make the agreement, that will be 95% of it. I have spoken with President Putin. I feel very strong, I have known him for a long time, and I feel strongly that they are very serious about it and we will make a deal.
We talk about security, everyone was taling about security. I said, let me make the deal first. I have to make the deal first. I do not worry about security because we have to have a deal.
Last week, 2000 soldiers died on both sides. They are losing 1000, 2000, 3000 a week. As we talk, two people are getting shot and dying on the battlefield. They are not American soldiers, but they are Russian soldiers and Ukrainian soldiers, and we want to be able to stop it.
We also want to spend money on other things. this is a tremendous amount of money. What the Biden Administration did was terrible. they were giving money, but they had no security on the money. Europe gave much less money, but they hdad security. they got their money back and we did not. At least we are protected because the american taxpayer has to be protect too. this is an incredible agreement for Ukraine. We have a big investment in their country. What they have, very few people have. We are able to really go forward with very, very, high-tech things and many other things, including weaponry. Weaponry we will use in many locations that we need for our country. This allows us to do that.
Is it a typo or did he really switch to saying “raw earth” vs “rare earth”?
He said raw earth throughout. The transcript does NOT match the fucking video either. I’m super pissed. They took out the part about changing the laws to “unprotect” the land and a couple of other things. The transcript also says rock earth, but he is clearly saying raw earth. There isn’t a single source that has the transcript as the video is shown.
I hate that I have to do this. He is droooling, fucking drooling, at trying to get his hands on what Ukraine has. Then when they ask what Zelenskyy might get, he says to make the deal first and then we’ll see (paraphrased).
