He can say what ever he wants, apparently, but he has to run it by a court to actually prosecute people, and we’ve already seen that the courts are not just giving him the outcomes he wants.
Hell, even the Supreme Court, as stacked as it is, isn’t just rolling over for him.
The question is what happens when he continues to just ignore court orders and rulings. Will he be held in contempt? Will there be actions to enforce the decisions of the courts?
That’s the actual question at stake at this point
Maybe Joe Biden can act his grief out on stage after Hunter disappears.
Maybe future democracies will actually learn what fascism means and what it does. That you can’t defeat it with performative gestures.

You don’t have to be competent to be a dictator. In fact, incompetence is usually a prerequisite for being a dictator. Actually intelligent people realize they don’t personally have all the answers.
Trump is an infant that requires everything done for him.
That’s the attitude that lost Democrats 2016, 2020, and 2024. (They only managed to win in 2020 because of covid.)
People consistently underestimated Trump. It’s the same thing that caused people to underestimate Bush. Both sound like morons when they talk, so people thought they were harmless morons. And then look what happened.
Just because someone is evil, does not mean they are stupid. Trump managed to read the electorate and determine how to appeal to voters better than hundreds of millions of dollars worth of Democratic consultants. He has far better political instincts than anyone currently leading the Democratic party.
Do not underestimate your opponent. That is what got us into this mess in the first place. People kept telling themselves, “there’s no way this blubbering idiot could possibly win.” And then he did.
You are giving Trump too much personal credit. It’s not him that is making headway. It’s being done for him by others in the background. Now you have context for my previous comments.
Given that Melania Sandiego won’t touch him, he’s going to have to offer to pay someone to hold his hand ahead of not paying and years of litigation far more expensive than just paying the fucking bill.
