Seems to me “do something immoral and obviously stupid to cheat a system that people work their whole lives to participate fairly in, and then double down on the exact same bullshit when you get caught.” appears to be working just fine for a lot of (rich, privileged) people these days.
At the very least Musk will hire him for his “innovative tactics” or something, if the courts and the speaking engagements/book deals don’t make him rich.
