The crunchy texture masked whatever horrible pickling travesty someone did to these cucumbers.
Can’t convince my eyes that isn’t tempura eggplant.

They’re not bad, especially if you can get them soft on the inside. 👍🏾

The tempus was making up for the terrible pickles. I couldn’t eat it raw, but figured I could make it better!
