Whose hand would it be?
One would hope the collective hand of the American populace, but that has rarely been the case in the past.
Democratic Senators Elissa Slotkin of Michigan and Peter Welch of Vermont, as well as Republicans Shelly Moore Capito of West Virginia and Cynthia Lummis of Wyoming, did not vote for reasons unknown.
I’m very concerned about Elissa Slotkin.
