    Let’s not even go there, TBH. How enraging was it when MAGA was encouraging people to try and get on Trump’s juries and do the same thing for him?

      Jury nullification is a tool. It isn’t good or bad. It can be used by either side. Yeah, using it to protect Trump is bad, but this case would be good I think.

      A knife can be used to murder people, but I still want people to know how to use one properly. Just because it can be used to cause great harm doesn’t mean there isn’t a good and valid use.

      Except what Luigi allegedly did was net positive, and what Trump did was some combination of treason and corruption.

      Your take is woefully lacking in context. Sometimes the same action is justified in s different scenario. Cutting someone open is usually bad, but when a surgeon does it in a hospital it’s usually okay!

      Well, “ethical” avenues haven’t worked since I’ve been alive, so why not try something else? Playing by the rules isn’t super effective when the referee is in the hands of the powerful.
